Accountabilities KeyAccountabilities ：MainResponsibilities/Tasks(Dutiesincludebutarenotlimitedtothefollowing) ProjectManagementfocusonSiteManagment： 1Attainingcompleteknowledgeofthesiteexecutionplan,timeschedule,scopeofsupply/work,scopeofcivilworks,majorsubcontracts,budgetandaccountstructure,statusofdocumentation,EHSplan,sitestaffingplan,applicablelocalregulations,restrictionsetc. 2Planandsetupvehicles,accommodationandothersupportforsitestaffifany. 3Establishsiteregulationsandrulesofsiteoperation. 4Selectandhirelocalpersonnelasrequired. 5Executedaily(ifrequired),weeklyandmonthlycomprehensivereports. 6Setupthesitefilinganddocumentcontrolsystem. 7StrategicallyexecutethesiteCostControlprogram. 8StrategicallyexecutethesiteEHSplan. 9Strategicallymanagethesiteschedule,progressofworksandcost/resourcedrawdown. 10Managepossiblechangesfromcontractspecification. 11SetupandstrategicallyexecutethesiteQA/QCplan. 12CarryoutbothmeritoriousanddisciplinaryactionsasprescribedbyElofregulations. 13Takenecessaryactionstomaintainhighsitemorale. 14ConductdailyandweeklymeetingswithElofstaffandsubcontractors. 15TheoverallmanagementandleadershipoftheElofsitestaff. 16DevelopingaSiteSafetyCultureduringthesiteexecutionoftheproject. 17Executingtheprojectwithinthesiteportionoftheconstructionbudget. 18Followupandapproveinstallation/civilwork. 19Achievingallmajormilestoneswithinthesiteschedule. 20Performanceassessmentsofallsitestaffincludingcontractstaffandlife-of-projectstaff. 21Maintaininganintensivecustomerrelationshipandahighlevelofcustomersatisfaction. 22Closeoutofallsitesubcontractswithfairandproperallocationofcosts,minimizingimpacttoElof. 23RepresentationofEloftothecustomerandlocalauthorities. 24MaintainingandenhancingtheprofessionalimageandreputationofElofatalltimes.
