职位描述: I.BasicFunction:TheTrainingSpecialist’sprimaryfunctionistoindependentlyexecutetheregionaltrainingplan,developinganddeliveringcustomertrainingregardingEBSCOproducts,services,andenhancements.Thisincludesthecreationandmaintenanceoftrainingoutlinesandpresentations,aswellasdeliveryofbothonsiteandonlinetrainingforcustomers.TheTrainingSpecialistmustbeabletotravelupto60%ofthetime,mustbeanexpertinEBSCOproductsandservices,andmustremainabreastofproductchangesinordertoshareupdateswithcustomers. II.EssentialFunctions:?WorkwithSeniorSalesManagersandCustomerSuccessManagertodeveloparegionaltrainingplan.?Arrangeanddeliverproducttrainingforcustomerswithinanassignedgeographicterritory.?Researchandcustomizetrainingpresentations&materialsasnecessaryforvariouscustomersites.?ArrangepersonaltravelscheduleswithinEBSCOtravel&expenseguidelines.?ConductonlinecustomertrainingsregardingEBSCOproductsandservices.?Respondtoallincomingtrainingrequestsfrominsideandfieldsalesrepresentatives,fromCustomerSuccessandCustomerSatisfactionemployees,aswellasfromdirectcustomerrequests.?Trackandreportonalltrainingactivities,providingmonthlymetricsregardingfrequencyandqualityoftraining.?Maintaindetailedproductknowledge,includingunderstandingoffutureenhancements.?Assistinthecreationandtranslationofcustomersuccessdocumentsdesignedtoimprovetheexperienceandsuccessofthecustomer,includingHelpSheets,tutorials,presentations,lessonplans,andtrain-the-traineroutlines.?Advocateonbehalfofcustomers,providingsuggestionsandfeedbackregardingproductenhancementsandimprovementsinordertoimproveproductquality.
